Close to the hidden garden on Hudson Street, you’ll find what’s known as New York’s secret restaurant. It’s called Hudson Clearwater and you only really find out about it through word-of-mouth. You wouldn’t notice it if you walk past since the restaurant itself looks like a boarded-up shop front. But… here’s the exciting part. If you walk around the corner into Morton Street and along a little bit, you’ll come to a non-descript green door in the middle of a red brick wall.
Push the door open and walk through the pretty garden and you’ll find…
…a cool hidden restaurant where you’ll find really friendly waiting staff ready to find you a table in the candlelit dining room. They serve the most amazing steaks and salads all washed down with a trademark ‘Hudson Mule’ cocktail. You can also come for brunch or lunch too.
